What High Impact Business has done for our team has been invaluable. What it's done is created a common language for our team who all come from different backgrounds, from our founder to our controller who comes from a straight-up business background, to myself who comes from a ministry background that's never really thought about doing business well. What High Impact Business has done is helped us to really get clear about what our mission is and how we're serving our community through that mission while honoring the Lord first.
