1. Request the Assessment
Begin by requesting and completing a comprehensive business assessment with your leadership team. This evaluation focuses on the four key disciplines of business: Purpose, Strategy, Operations, and Execution. It's designed to pinpoint your current strengths and areas for growth.
2. Review your Results
Our team will provide scores on 8 critical factors in your business, including a team average for how your business is performing, as well as a disparity report to help you understand the gaps in alignment of your leadership team in each of the 8 critical factors.
3. Schedule a Debrief
After the assessment, we'll arrange a debrief session. This will be an opportunity to discuss your results in detail, providing insights and clarity on your business's current positioning within the four key disciplines.

4. Make a Decision
Based on your assessment results and debrief, we will recommend a customized pathway through the High Impact Business Operating System where we facilitate the development of your enterprise to help you achieve your goals.
