There are countless management philosophies and frameworks available, but seeing this one work so powerfully in real life at a maximum-security prison was truly impressive. As a businessperson, I can readily appreciate the strategic and financial benefits of the prison model, even while recognizing the unique challenges of operating a manufacturing business within a maximum-security environment.

As a Christian, however, I was rocked to my core. Meeting men whose lives have been personally and spiritually transformed simply because someone believed in them enough to offer a job and a chance at self-respect and dignity, not to mention directing them to the Lord, the source of it all, was nothing short of amazing.

I already knew about the work Pete has done, but being there in the prison takes it to another level. It was great to hear his heart and motivation behind what he has built.

Pete's ability to apply the High Impact Business framework across three radically different contexts (prison, school, business succession) proves its universality. It's not theoretical. It's actionable.

Transform Your Leadership Through Clarity, Focus & Shared Purpose

$2,000 per company (up to 4 people)

On February 5-6, 2026, Enterprise Stewardship will host its inaugural High Impact Workshop—a 2-day, in-person intensive in Wichita designed to help leadership teams build unwavering clarity around the most foundational pillar of a High Impact Business: Navigation.

This workshop brings together leaders from multiple organizations who are serious about aligning their teams around purpose, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Over two high-energy, highly practical days, you and your team will learn how to set the direction of your business with precision and lead with the confidence that comes from shared clarity.

This is more than a training. It’s a reset. A recalibration. A chance to step back from the daily pressure of running a business and reorient your leadership around what matters most.
