Enterprise Stewardship (ES) is a community of entreprenuers commmitted to stewarding their LIFE (Labor, Influence, Finances, Expertise) to create world changing enterprises for the purpose of creating economic, social, and spiritual capital.

Enterprise Stewards pledge to Honor God by living according to the following values:

Serve People - Mark 10:45 - We promise to treat our employees with respect, provide our customers with excellent products/services, treat our suppliers as partners, and provide our shareholders a fair return.

Pursue Excellence - Colossians 3:23,24 - We promise to apply best operational practices, commit to being innovative, skillful, and trustworthy, while investing in people, processes and property so that we can provide guaranteed satisfaction to those we serve.

Steward Resources - Proverbs 3:9,10 - We will strive to create an economic benefit for our employees, customers, vendors, and shareholders. We will strive to create social capital by promoting the concepts of self governance and individual responsibility. We will strive to create spiritual capital by sharing the hope and redeeming power of Jesus Christ.

What is Enterprise Stewardship?
ES is a movement of business leaders with a simple message: God owns it all and we should steward the assets He has entrusted to us. ES is not a ministry but a community of business leaders committed to giving their LIFE (Labor, Influence, Finances, Expertise) to create organizations (stewardship enterprises) that provide sustainable solutions to economic, social, and spiritual poverty.

Why Enterprise Stewardship?
Many people have achieved "success", defined by building financial wealth and becoming people of influence. However, as we mature in age and wisdom, we become acutely aware that the thrill of "running up the score" diminishes in importance while the desire to leave a legacy increases. As Bob Buford in his book Halftime so succinctly states, we are looking to "change our game plan from success to significance."

At the same time, the economic, social, and spiritual needs of the world have never been greater. This provides those of us in business a unique opportunity to meet these needs with the ultimate purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission.

If you would like to join the movement and access this site and the information therein, you will need to Sign Up in the upper right hand corner of this page. ES is a closed network so you will need to be recommended by a current member to join. This site acts much like Facebook allowing you a personal forum "My Page" where you can share information about yourself, business, interests, etc. but also allows you to control access.

Once you join the network, you can start your own Group to work on projects of mutual interest. These projects might include a local thrift store to help the homeless, a fish farm in Africa, or an import business in China.

Through the Connect forum, you can dialogue, share ideas, ask questions and build relationships with other like minded business leaders on any topic related to ES.

Invest your LIFE in an ES Project. ES Projects consist of opportunties for you to provide your labor, influence, finances, or expertise to a project that operates according to ES Values and is structured to create a triple bottom line. Examples of existing successful ES Projects as well as potential projects needing LIFE can be found in the ES Projects forum.
